On October 9, 2026, IonQ agreed to acquire all of Elisity, Inc. for shares worth $1.15 billion at closing, priced on a 20-day average share price collared between $33.07 and $49.61. Elisity holders can earn up to $150 million more in stock based on revenue milestones from August 1, 2026 to January 31, 2028, and IonQ will create a $100 million RSU retention pool for continuing Elisity employees, vesting over four years.
