Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Tellvest. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What Tellvest Is

Tellvest reads public earnings calls and related public filings and presents analysis such as sentiment scores, analyst dynamics, macro signals, and aggregate views. All of it is informational and descriptive. It is a research and educational tool, not personalized advice.

Your Account

Sign-in is passwordless, using a magic link and one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Free Tier, Trial, and Pro

Tellvest offers a free tier, a time-limited trial, and a paid plan called Tellvest Pro.

• Trial. Creating an account includes a 30-day full-Pro trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account continues on the free tier unless you subscribe.
• Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Any promotional pricing is subject to its own terms and availability.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We may change plan features or pricing over time. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will give you notice before it takes effect.

Not Investment Advice

Tellvest does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Sentiment scores and other outputs are analytical interpretations of public information and may be incomplete or wrong. Any backtested or historical performance shown is hypothetical and is not a promise of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should do your own research and consult a licensed professional before acting.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site
• resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from our content
• circumvent paywalls, access controls, or usage limits
• reverse engineer or interfere with the security or operation of the service
• use Tellvest for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Intellectual Property

The underlying facts on Tellvest come from public sources, but the site, its analysis, scoring, written summaries, and presentation are owned by Tellvest and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Tellvest for your own informational purposes. You may not use our content commercially without written permission.

Data and Accuracy

We build our content from public filings and public earnings call transcripts and work to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that the information or analysis is complete, current, or error-free. The service is provided for general informational purposes and may contain mistakes or omissions.

Disclaimers

Tellvest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellvest and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any investment or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Tellvest at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm Tellvest or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
