The TJX Companies entered into a letter agreement on October 15, 2026 with Kenneth Canestrari, Senior Executive Vice President, Group President, in connection with his planned retirement. He will no longer serve as an executive officer effective January 31, 2027 and will stay on as a Senior Executive Vice President, helping transition his responsibilities, until his scheduled retirement on April 30, 2027. He will not receive new equity grants or join incentive plans for fiscal 2028 or later.
