How to read these numbers

Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right.

Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.

No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.

Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.

Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.

Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

Calendar 2025 Q4

Could you talk about which segments they might be in or how large they might be?

Competitive DynamicsRevenue GrowthTranscript · FY2025 Q4 →
Show response

Two specifying customers: one mobile, one compute. One purchasing customer (OSAT) across all segments. Each roughly 10%, not substantially higher.

I think you kind of mentioned when you look at all the pieces for 2026, the overall TAM growth, I guess, is going to be around 30%

DemandRevenue GrowthCompetitive DynamicsTranscript · FY2025 Q4 →
Show response

Pushed back on 30% as midpoint, range of 20-40% reflects uncertainty, not a point estimate. SoC growing faster than memory is a fair assumption. Share gain complicated by mix: gaining compute share from low base means overall share could appear diluted even while improving in every segment.

Calendar 2025 Q3

I'm assuming that you have not won any business on stand-alone GPUs yet, and that is not included in any of the guidance statements

Competitive DynamicsCloud & AITranscript · FY2025 Q3 →
Show response

Confirmed no merchant GPU revenue in Q3 or Q4 guidance. Good progress on design wins but qualification process is complex and expensive.

do you think you could update us on the size of the SoC TAM and then perhaps some of the major pieces like the high-performance computing piece?

DemandRevenue GrowthCloud & AITranscript · FY2025 Q3 →
Show response

Declined SoC TAM update due to dynamic action between Q4 and Q1. HBM Q4 ramp is roughly half new test insertion (singulated stack test) and half additional capacity for post-stack wafer test. All driven by HBM4.

Calendar 2025 Q2

when can we expect a kind of a combo product that can do electrical and optical test?

Innovation & R&DCloud & AITranscript · FY2025 Q2 →
Show response

Already delivering electro-optical test today. Quantifi Photonics instrumentation integrating progressively over next 24 months. Seen as key differentiator for GPU share gains.

Cloud & AIInnovation & R&DTranscript · FY2025 Q2 →
Show response

Detailed 3-step HBM test flow: wafer test, post-stack wafer test, then new post-stack singulated die test to catch faults before accelerator assembly.

Calendar 2025 Q1

Already generating single-digit millions in 2025 from semiconductor automation. Multiple production sites at different customers. Key to enterprise-level value proposition.
