Aaron attributed ~3% of 5% EBITDA improvement to OpEx (Generac Home reorganization, clean energy team leverage, AI coding productivity). ~2% from gross margin (favorable price/cost, HSB mix from Storm Fern). York confirmed positive price/cost from tariff pricing and new product premium.

Aaron noted installations up YTD despite lower outages. Dealers grew to 9,300. IHCs down on lower outages but Southeast remains robust. No major events in guide creates free option on H2 upside. Portable gains expand storm season leverage.
