How to read these numbers

Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right.

Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.

No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.

Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.

Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.

Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

whether that impacts Broadridge's competitive moat in a world where communications are primarily electronic.

Tim argued e-delivery strengthens Broadridge's position, since its InFocus and Wealth InFocus platform composes digital and residual print from one workflow, a differentiator rivals lack.

I was hoping you could provide a little bit more detail on the 6% internal growth within ICS this quarter.

Revenue GrowthDemandTranscript · FY2026 Q4 →
Show response

Ashima said ICS performed well across the board on a healthy mix of closed sales and record growth despite a 40bp rate headwind, with nothing specific to single out.

Calendar 2025 Q4

if they were to clear and settle on the blockchain, how would you see that impacting the range of services that you provide to your post-trade processing clients?

ChallengingInnovation & R&DCompetitive DynamicsTranscript · FY2026 Q2 →
Show response

Tim argued post-trade complexity extends far beyond settlement: tax, margin, seg, securities lending all require context about the person, their positions, and jurisdiction. Smart contracts cannot handle this. Clients concerned about costs going up from dual infrastructure, which Broadridge addresses by mirroring digital positions in core engines.

do you see as some of the main obstacles that need to be worked through by the SEC as the SEC considers various exemptive relief requests?

Regulation PolicyInnovation & R&DTranscript · FY2026 Q2 →
Show response

Tim said SEC concerned about complexity but Broadridge has stressed it can solve that regardless of tokenization model. Conversations with issuers, DTCC, exchanges, and digital trading platforms show model can work well. No need for exemptive relief in governance area.

Calendar 2025 Q3

In a world where tokenized equities trades are recorded on the blockchain, do you see that impacting the need for intermediated communications between corporate issuers and their shareholders?

ChallengingRegulation PolicyInnovation & R&DTranscript · FY2026 Q1 →
Show response

Tim said SEC Chair Atkins confirmed tokenized equities subject to same regulation including Reg NMS and governance. Vast majority will be purchased through broker-dealers with same asset servicing obligations. Broadridge sees this as opportunity not threat, already talking to clients about enabling disclosure and governance.

Can you remind us the percentage of segment revenue that's tied to trading volumes? And how durable do you view this growth to be?

Revenue GrowthDemandTranscript · FY2026 Q1 →
Show response

Ashima said roughly 1/3 of GTO revenue tied to trade volumes, with half direct paper trade and half bank-type structures. Double-digit volume growth for many quarters. Not counting on very elevated levels going forward but expecting continued strong growth.

Calendar 2025 Q2

if retail investors were to own tokens as opposed to underlying securities, do they participate in the proxy process at that point?

ChallengingRegulation PolicyInnovation & R&DTranscript · FY2025 Q4 →
Show response

Tim positioned equities as lower/later priority for tokenization given effective existing infrastructure. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce has stated tokenized securities are securities with same disclosure requirements. Not a disintermediation threat.

Kind of how are you thinking about managing the balance sheet going forward?

Capital AllocationMarginTranscript · FY2025 Q4 →

Can you provide the specific revenue contribution that you expect from that business this year?

Show response

Tim confirmed SIS ~$60M annual revenue, slightly dilutive to margins, EPS-neutral. Organic confidence increased but probably not enough alone to trigger a formal guidance raise.

Was there any unusual pull forward this quarter? Or are things perhaps just trending maybe a little bit better

Revenue GrowthGuidance ReliabilityTranscript · FY2025 Q1 →
Show response

Tim attributed timing of medium-sized deals rather than pull-forward, maintained full-year sales guidance of $290-330M and expressed confidence in full year.
