How to read these numbers

Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right.

Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.

No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.

Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.

Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.

Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

Calendar 2026 Q2

what we could expect as an EBITDA CAGR for Momentum specifically? And what level of basin production growth do you think you need to see

Show response

Chad declined to give a specific Momentum CAGR but confirmed it is additive, not dilutive, to the target; partial.

Calendar 2025 Q4

I just wanted to ask a question about the cost of capital here.

Catellier asked about strategically locking in cost of capital given tight credit spreads. Porter said they opportunistically hedge around bond issuances when they see rate dislocations. In a follow-up on M&A and IPP acquisitions, Zamarin said they have no intent to do a big upstream acquisition and are focused on their core organic pipeline of projects.

Zamarin said offtake monetized primarily through fixed margin transactions via Sequent platform. Only about 225 MMcf/d of gas. Will build portfolio with various contract tenors, getting higher margin for shorter terms.

Porter said leverage staying at original 3.65x target despite over $900M Socrates addition. Lots of capacity within 3.5-4x range. Zamarin plans to layer another gigawatt of power innovation by end 2027.

how much more investment you might see there? And where do you see the gaps in the value chain

Zamarin said no strategic gaps need filling. M&A competes with organic projects using same capital allocation model. Will remain opportunistic for high-leverage footprint opportunities.
