How to read these numbers

Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right.

Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.

No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.

Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.

Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.

Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

Calendar 2026 Q2

how are you preparing the products for what seems like it’s going to be, you know, a significantly worse threat environment?

Show response

Vincent agreed the AI environment is volatile and evolving, and said consumer anxiety is at an all-time high, fed partly by news of AI models breaching enterprises. The most relevant impact is the increased veracity and precision of AI-driven scams, which has become Gen's number one sales driver when customers are asked why they buy consumer cybersecurity. Gen uses AI to protect against AI and aims to stay ahead of the environment.

I just want to ask on Moneyline One, any sort of puts or takes from a monetization perspective versus the existing PFM offerings, or do you think about that as mainly just expanding your surface ar...

Show response

Vincent said MoneyLion One runs the same trust-building playbook tailored to the financial business model, moving toward a membership structure focused on maximizing customer lifetime value rather than one-time transaction monetization. It integrates cash-flow needs plus identity and anti-scam protection at lower tiers, moving customers up as their financial journey grows. Gen is also putting safety in front of MoneyLion members and selling LifeLock through the Engine marketplace's third-party distributors.

To what extent are your members interacting via mobile touchpoint today?

Show response

Vincent described the mobile evolution: from PC-only to point products (VPN) to Norton 360 mobile memberships (fastest-growing segment). MoneyLion is fully mobile. LifeLock mobile revenue growing 50%. Still significant opportunity to shift core security engagement from PC to mobile. Natalie added that direct billing via web shops offers best-in-class billing success rates versus app store rails, expanding customer payment flexibility.

Sales and marketing seems to accelerate a bit in the quarter. Was just wondering if that's something that's reflective of inflation in the immediate cost environment or if that's in response to any...

Natalie explained higher S&M reflects investment in high-ROAS channels: 360 membership acquisition (especially mobile App Store), MoneyLion growth (both first-party and third-party at ~40%), and diversified channel expansion. Vincent described R&D efficiency from 'Genicorn' AI squads, 3-person teams (PM, developer, designer) using only AI tools from ideation to product launch, plus MoneyLion's naturally lower R&D / higher S&M mix.

Calendar 2025 Q3

just if you could maybe talk a little bit as you go down this cross-sell journey, maybe about the frequency of member interaction with the LifeLock products

Show response

Vincent explained two immediate cross-sell components: (1) Norton Money with EWA features into employee benefits and as a PFM tool for the Norton base, and (2) curated marketplaces embedded into LifeLock at credit-checking moments of truth. Early results positive on small base, with broader transformation moving LifeLock from passive peace-of-mind to active engagement.

if you could maybe give us your view of the macro environment and the health of the consumer right now. And if we were to see a more significant downturn, how you'd expect that to play across the 2...

MacroeconomicDemandTranscript · FY2026 Q2 →
Show response

Vincent said cyber safety has no historical macro correlation. For financial wellness, no change in consumption patterns observed; interest rate declines could support refinancing activity. Engine marketplace benefits from Money20/20 partner momentum. Strong partner demand regardless of macro direction.

Calendar 2025 Q2

anything you've already implemented, whether you're beginning to see results there. Anything that you -- any other sort of incremental or further opportunities to refine MoneyLion's operations acro...

Show response

Vincent said MoneyLion already exceeds 20% operating margin (guidance was ~20%), with priority #1 being growth. Operational integration (systems, processes, workforce alignment) is largely complete; cross-sell into Gen's installed base at zero CAC and growing engine ecosystem will further scale margins.

On the cross-sell opportunity, anything you could tell us about the time line or any outputs of any early testing you may have done?

Show response

Vincent said financial wellness features are being introduced organically into the LifeLock app first, with the first rebranded product planned for fall launch. Currently in rapid testing but nothing built into the financial model yet. More details promised at the September 8 investor briefing in New York.

Adam stated contractual terms prevent publishers from giving first-look access to competitors. Also dismissed concerns about demand partners bidding differently in smaller platforms versus MAX.
