How to get a 1–10 sentiment score for a company's earnings call
Tellvest scores each U.S. public company's earnings call from 1 to 10 with a transparent rubric built from SEC filings and public transcripts. Prior quarters are free to browse.

Every quarter, companies tell investors what is going on. The numbers get reported everywhere. The tone of the call usually does not.
Tellvest reads public U.S. earnings transcripts and SEC filings and gives each quarter a 1–10 earnings-call sentiment score. A score of 1 is a weak quarter. A score of 10 is a strong one. The rubric is published on Tellvest. It is not a black-box opinion score.
Tellvest is descriptive analysis for research only. It is not investment advice.

Free example: As of FY2026 Q2, the Tellvest earnings-call sentiment score for Apple Inc. (AAPL) is 8/10, unchanged from the prior quarter. That score comes from Apple's FY2026 Q2 earnings call. The newest quarter on that page is part of Tellvest Pro.
What the 1–10 score is made of
Every score is the sum of four components: base score + transcript adjustment + EPS adjustment + guidance adjustment.
GAAP revenue growth sets the base. Then Tellvest adjusts for cases where GAAP revenue is misleading, for margin expansion or compression versus revenue, and for guidance raises, maintains, or cuts. Hard-cap rules can ceiling the final score when the underlying quarter is weak.
Full tables and rules are on About. For the complete how-to page with the band tables, see How to get a 1–10 sentiment score.
All data is sourced from SEC filings, company-reported results, and public earnings transcripts. Quoted passages on Tellvest are exact substrings of the source transcript.
