How to read these numbers
Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right. See how we grade analysts on earnings-call questions.
Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.
No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.
Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.
Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.
Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

Calendar 2026 Q3
I think there were some changes at the Omnicom advertising group level, maybe also at the individual agency level.
Show response
Wren said Troy Ruhanen retired and Andrew Robertson stepped in, with some departures below that level already absorbed without disruption.
I'm not quite sure how you get to 1161 as you indicate in that slide 33.
Show response
Angelastro explained the Q4 2025 base combines IPG's own October-November records with one month post-close, which management sees as more representative.
Calendar 2026 Q2
can you talk about the pitching environment just right now? There's been some comments by one of your peer
Show response
Wren characterized the environment as brutal and said Omnicom is winning its fair share, declining to speak to competitor pricing claims.
Can I just double check on what is the base that you're actually using? Is it the $8.70 of non-GAAP EPS
Show response
Angelastro specified the $8.65 base and its composition, correcting the $8.70 in the question. Answered.
Calendar 2026 Q1
Do you have any better visibility on how much proceeds you think you're going to get from the planned disposals
Show response
John said disposals will generate cash but not materially add to net income. Phil declined to estimate specific proceeds given difficulty of prediction. On new business, John acknowledged some competitive pricing losses but said Omnicom wins more than its fair share and conducts root-cause analysis on every loss.
Calendar 2025 Q3
Can you provide a bit more color on the rise of or the increase, I should say, of third-party costs in Q3, which was faster than in Q2
Show response
Phil attributed third-party cost growth to media and execution and support disciplines, noting variable costs grow with revenue. John said tariffs are now more about supply chain than spending cuts, with auto stress improving.
Calendar 2025 Q2
One of your competitors was talking about a smaller pipeline. Smaller opportunities right now. I was just wondering what your thoughts were
Show response
John pushed back on the premise, saying Omnicom continues to be invited to every major pitch. Phil confirmed no further repositioning charges expected in Q3.
