How to read these numbers
Challenge rate is the share of questions that pushed back, pressed for specifics or questioned management’s assumptions. It describes how questions were asked on the calls tracked here; it does not measure whether any view turned out to be right.
Rounding. Rates are rounded to whole percentages, so a small share can show as 0% even when some questions were challenging. The count beside each rate is exact; “none of N questions” means no question was challenging.
No questions recorded. “—” means there is nothing to calculate: no questions were recorded for that period on the calls tracked here. It does not mean there was no activity.
Fewer than 3 questions. A company-level rate is withheld when fewer than 3 questions were recorded for that company; the questions are still counted everywhere else.
Small samples. Profiles with fewer than 10 questions are marked Limited sample.
Reporting periods. Questions are grouped by the calendar quarter each company’s fiscal reporting period maps to, not by the date of the call. Periods without a calendar mapping are listed separately under their fiscal label.

Calendar 2026 Q2
can you kind of bridge first where the incremental revenue is coming from for the rest of the year? Should we think about it as Cyber Safety or more on the TrustBase side of things?
Show response
Vincent said the $50 million revenue raise is about 40% Q1 flow-through, with the rest reflecting carried momentum and increased confidence in the embedded financial wellness synergies (the $100 million opportunity). Upside skews to financial wellness and marketplace, while Cyber Safety momentum stays solid. EPS flow-through is muted because the company continues to invest in transforming into a platform while funding its mid-teens EPS growth commitment.
Is there anything, any context you could provide from just how maybe the new user side of things is going and just kind of how we can think conceptually about that?
Show response
Vincent described a set of strategic initiatives in Cyber Safety: moving customers to all-in-one membership, improving cross-sell, higher-tier plans growing double digits, and perfecting entry doors (antivirus, best VPN with anti-track and privacy features) plus channel diversification into AI search and employee benefits. The sum of these seven drivers sustains long-term adoption of the full security posture rather than any single lever.
Calendar 2026 Q1
Does that structurally change? Or is that just more, hey, we're going to continue to invest in this business in the immediate term for growth
Show response
Natalie said no significant structural margin change in the immediate future for either segment. Vincent added it's 'and' not 'or', will continue investing for growth AND cross-pollinate needs across the portfolio, with this being an ongoing effort that will ramp not just next year but probably forever.
Are there any, I guess, metrics that you plan to more regularly disclose to help investors continue to track those revenue synergy progress?
Show response
Vincent confirmed they will add disclosures and metrics as revenue synergies progress and become material. Currently tracking connected financial accounts (107 million) as the leading indicator. Will report progress on driving the full value of the portfolio but declined to specify which metrics would be formalized.

just as we think about this quarter and heading into fiscal year-end for federal, anything to keep in mind there
Show response
Kevin said federal contributed high single digits to new ACV in fiscal 2026, similar to fiscal 2025, with similar expectations for fiscal 2027. Despite a difficult environment earlier in the year, the business performed fairly consistently with prior years and nothing in particular stood out.
