On August 14, 2026, Space Exploration Technologies completed its merger with Anysphere, Inc. (Cursor), first announced June 16, 2026. Cursor's outstanding shares converted into the right to receive 389,289,254 shares of SpaceX Class A common stock, based on an implied Cursor equity value of $60.0 billion. SpaceX also assumed Cursor equity awards, issuing roughly 29.1 million RSUs and 44.4 million stock options. Cursor becomes a wholly owned SpaceX subsidiary.
