Bunge announced on October 5, 2026 that Joseph Podwika will step down as Chief Legal Officer effective November 9, 2026, upon the appointment of his successor, Ignacio Walker. Podwika will become Senior Advisor to the CEO until his retirement on November 5, 2027; from January 1, 2027 his base salary drops to $240,000 and he will not be eligible for a 2027 annual bonus or 2027 annual equity awards.
