On August 13, 2026, GE HealthCare's board appointed William K. Grogan as Chief Financial Officer effective September 14, 2026. Grogan, 48, was EVP and CFO of Xylem since October 2023 and previously CFO of IDEX. Interim CFO George A. Newcomb will cease that role on September 14, 2026 and continue as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Grogan's package includes a $900,000 base salary, 100% target bonus, and sign-on cash and equity awards.
