Oracle closed fiscal 2026 with a record quarter: revenue of $19.2 billion, up 21%, led by cloud infrastructure revenue growth of 93% and Cloud Applications up 10%. The headline was a surge in remaining performance obligations to $638 billion, up 363%, after Oracle signed $67 billion in AI infrastructure contracts in the quarter, lifting bring-your-own-hardware and prepaid commitments to $75 billion at margins at or better than existing contracts. Non-GAAP EPS reached $2.11 (up 24%, or 20% excluding one-time Ampere and Bloom Energy investment gains), even as full-year gross margin stepped down around 5 points from the data-center build-out. Looking ahead, management introduced FY2027 guidance of +34% constant-currency revenue growth and non-GAAP EPS of $8.05, with Q1 cloud revenue guided up 58-64%, and reconfirmed its long-term targets of 31% revenue and 28% EPS CAGRs through FY2030. The constraint is capital intensity: FY2027 net cash CAPEX is guided to roughly $70 billion, funded in part by about $40 billion of new debt and equity.
