On August 6, 2026, Uber Technologies entered into a Term Loan Credit Agreement with Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as administrative agent, in connection with the July 16, 2026 Business Combination Agreement under which its subsidiary agreed to make a voluntary public takeover offer for Delivery Hero SE. The unsecured facility has Tranche A and Tranche B term loans maturing 18 months and three years after closing, bears interest at EURIBOR plus a ratings-based margin, and reduced bridge commitments by 4,000,000,000 euros.
