Datadog posted Q1 FY2026 revenue of $1.01 billion, up 32% year-over-year and crossing the $1 billion quarterly milestone for the first time. Non-GAAP operating income reached $223 million at a 22% margin, with free cash flow of $289 million. FY2026 revenue guidance was raised significantly to $4.30 to $4.34 billion, a 5.88% midpoint increase, and EPS guidance to $2.36 to $2.44.
