UDR posted Q1 FFO as adjusted of $0.62 per share with same-store revenue growth of 0.9% and blended lease rate growth of 1.6%, the highest across its apartment REIT peer group. Full-year 2026 FFOA guidance of $2.52 was maintained unchanged as resident retention reached an all-time high driving renewal outperformance, and San Francisco and New York delivered outsized growth as market leaders.
