UiPath delivered third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $411 million, up 16%, beating the high end of its guidance across all metrics as ARR reached $1.782 billion, up 11%, on $59 million of net new ARR. The quarter marked UiPath's first GAAP-profitable third quarter, with GAAP operating income of $13 million versus a $43 million loss a year earlier and non-GAAP operating income of $88 million at a 21% margin, up more than 700 basis points, putting the company on track for its first full year of GAAP profitability. Growth was driven by improving sales execution and momentum in agentic automation, with more than 950 companies now developing agents and over 365,000 processes orchestrated through Maestro, alongside resilient federal demand that saw no direct shutdown impact. Retention softened at the low end — dollar-based net retention was 107% against best-in-class 98% gross retention — but management raised its outlook, guiding fourth-quarter revenue to $462 million to $467 million despite a fresh yen headwind.
