On October 5, 2026, Leidos completed the joint venture with Altaris affiliates agreed April 14, 2026, combining its Security Enterprise Solutions and Industrial Automation businesses with Analogic Corporation. Leidos contributed the SES/IA business for 41.5% of the JV's equity; Altaris affiliates hold 58.5% and appoint a board majority. Leidos has minority protective rights and, after seven years, certain liquidity demand exit rights. The JV operates under the Analogic brand.
